The Jane Knickers was one of my very first patterns. It is designed to be sewn out of woven fabrics which opens up a whole world of possibilities. I’ve sewn them in everything from linen to silk charmeuse to quilting cotton!  This classic pattern will walk you through how to sew a pair of bias cut bikini style panties in a variety of styles that include ruffles, keyhole cut outs and lace overlays. This pattern is a great starting point for anyone new to sewing lingerie, as it will provide you with the basic knowledge to move onto more complicated styles.
